Model Risk Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To support a variety of financial services clients, the full-time Model Risk Senior Consultant will manage consulting projects focused on model risk management practices and model validation services for credit risk and treasury management models.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete key aspects of client service projects from planning to completion
• Become a trusted advisor to client management by providing recommendations and solutions
• Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients and building relationships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Economics, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in financial institutions, Big 4, or regulatory supervision
• Working knowledge of model risk management regulatory guidance and credit risk model types
• Direct experience performing model validations or model development
• Technical knowledge about data processing, storage, and visualization
