Model Test Engineer

Job Summary

To support a critical AI-assisted platform, the full-time remote Model Test and Measurement Engineer will own the evaluation framework, construct labeled ground truth datasets, design audit methodologies, and measure model performance to ensure systems operate as intended.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct labeled ground truth for model evaluation
• Design and run sampled audits while maintaining version inventory and evaluation records
• Produce evidence for human oversight and fairness, ensuring independence from model-building roles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with model validation as a primary responsibility
• Direct experience with ground-truth construction and sampling design
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to work independently
• US Citizenship required
• Active US Secret clearance
