Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Job Summary

To support innovative health studies, the full-time remote Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will conceptualize and implement M&E frameworks, lead research initiatives, and mentor a team of specialists to enhance program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with strategic goals
• Lead the execution of research studies, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to generate critical insights
• Oversee data management and analysis, ensuring data quality and ethical standards are maintained

Required qualifications

• Master's or advanced degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Global Health, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation or a similar role, preferably in the health sector
• Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data analysis software (e.g., Python, SPSS, STATA, R)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences
