Montana Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Job Summary
To support a behavioral health consult team, the on-call Montana Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide remote clinical social work services, including psychosocial assessments, treatment recommendations, and crisis intervention for acute patients via a Telehealth platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients in emergency and inpatient settings
- Provide a full range of clinical social work consult services, including risk assessments and therapeutic interventions
- Facilitate discharge planning and warm handoffs to psychiatrists as needed
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- Montana Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
- 5 years of post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably EPIC
