Job Summary
To support mental health needs in rural communities, the full-time Montana Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy while working remotely and managing a minimum of 27 patient-facing hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide short-term, targeted therapy using evidence-based modalities and tailor interventions to patient goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support integrated care and ensure continuity for patients
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited institution
- Independently licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana at the time of hire
- Completion of the NCE or NCMHCE for LCPC applicants
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Proficiency in remote care delivery and secure telehealth platforms
