Job Summary
To support underserved communities in Montana, the full-time Montana Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide evidence-based individual therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage a minimum of 27 patient-facing hours per week in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and provide targeted therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and regularly reassess patient progress
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and assist patients with referrals and community resource navigation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited institution
- Independently licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana, Idaho, or Alaska at the time of hire
- Completion of the NCE or NCMHCE for LCPC applicants
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Proficiency in remote care delivery using secure telehealth platforms
