Job Summary
To support the implementation and growth of genetics programs, a Montana Licensed Genetic Counselor will provide high-quality genetic counseling services remotely, collaborating with regional physicians and clinical teams while participating in case conferences and program development in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver genetic counseling services through telemedicine to patients across the organization
- Assist with program launches and integrate Genomics programs into clinical practice
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, provider education, and quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling/Clinical Genetics
- Genetic Counselor License - State Board - upon hire
- National Certified Genetic Counselor - American Board of Genetic Counseling upon hire
- 3 years of experience providing patient-facing genetic counseling and risk assessment
