Montana Licensed Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance team, the full-time Montana Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while representing the Liberty brand
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already licensed

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; a minimum of 2 years in sales or service-related work is required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided for unlicensed candidates)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills
