Job Summary
To support adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Montana Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will provide remote telehealth services, facilitating group sessions and fostering client engagement while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions, ensuring client participation and adherence to the curriculum
- Complete onboarding requirements and maintain regular communication with supervisors and team members
- Document treatment notes within required timeframes and uphold professional ethics and confidentiality
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with group treatment skills
- Availability during late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions
