Job Summary
Collaborating closely with Finance and Oracle EBS stakeholders, the full-time Month End Close Consultant will document and enhance financial close processes, ensuring they are effective, auditable, and sustainable in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather information from Finance and Oracle EBS subject matter experts
- Document current-state financial close processes and develop detailed runbooks and operating procedures
- Create and maintain close calendars and governance artifacts to support operational resilience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process support, finance systems, or operational process documentation
- Experience with Oracle EBS and financial close processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders
