Moodle Learning Designer
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Moodle Learning Designer will deliver dynamic implementations, guiding clients through needs analysis, site configuration, and course design while working remotely from Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Guide new client implementations and ensure successful use of Moodle LMS
- Apply project management principles to maintain deliverables on time and within scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective client solutions and instructional content
Required qualifications
- Solid experience with course building in Moodle LMS (3 or more years)
- Degree in education, adult learning, instructional design, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience advocating for universal design and accessibility standards
- Moodle Admin experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
