Mortgage Banking Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to the EVP of Mortgage, the fully remote Strategy and Transformation Manager Mortgage Banking will drive key transformation initiatives, optimize divisional operations, and ensure effective coordination across functions to support the division's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and transformation projects within the Mortgage Division
- Establish program governance, monitor progress, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- Act as a liaison across departments, facilitating communication and alignment to support executive decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within the financial services industry
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and manage teams effectively
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management expertise with an understanding of data-driven decision-making
