Job Summary
To support mortgage-related operations, the full-time Mortgage Chain of Title Specialist will process orders, review assignment chains, and resolve title issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and enter data from real estate document images and analyze search results for discrepancies
- Prepare curative documents to resolve title issues and route orders to appropriate teams
- Handle complex or escalated orders while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1 year of experience in title, mortgage, or real estate preferred
- Knowledge of mortgage industry documents and county recording requirements
- Proficiency with mortgage processing systems and data entry software
