Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Mortgage Closer/Funder will prepare Initial Closing Disclosures, troubleshoot closing issues, and manage a pipeline of 50-60 loans per month while ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures to borrowers
• Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues while prioritizing customer experience
• Review loan documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience closing residential loans
• Experience managing a high volume of closings (50-60 per month)
• Proficiency with lending systems, preferably Meridian Link
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred based on experience
