Mortgage Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a mid-level Mortgage Compensation Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage production onboarding, compensation planning, and HR support to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance within the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to execute new hire offers and compliant compensation agreements
- Administer and reconcile compensation agreements, ensuring timely and accurate commission and bonus payouts
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the mortgage industry
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Incentive Compensation (CompenSafe) by nCino system preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent leadership and management skills
