Job Summary
To support its internal compliance function, the fully remote Mortgage Compliance Manager will conduct mortgage disclosure and loan file reviews, perform internal quality control assessments, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct mortgage disclosure and loan file compliance reviews
- Perform hands-on internal quality control reviews and assist with corrective actions
- Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate compliance training for staff
Required qualifications
- 5 years of mortgage compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
- Experience with mortgage advertising and marketing compliance
- Hands-on mortgage Quality Control experience
- Ability to work independently and communicate compliance concerns to senior management
