Mortgage Disclosure Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the West Coast region, the full-time remote Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist will manage the generation and distribution of mortgage loan application disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations such as TRID and ECOA.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in answering disclosure-related questions and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations
- Review and verify mortgage loan disclosures for accuracy and compliance with timelines
- Prepare and securely deliver early disclosure packages, adhering to federal regulations
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage production or lending activities
- Experience with Encompass LOS and understanding of state-specific disclosures
- Knowledge of mortgage disclosure formats and banking regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
