Job Summary
Leading a fully remote team, the Mortgage Lending Manager will manage and grow the Loan Assistant team, oversee the bridge loan pipeline, and collaborate with the Director of Lending Operations to enhance processes and efficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and scale the remote Loan Assistant team while ensuring performance accountability and team engagement
- Oversee the bridge loan pipeline from setup through post-closing, providing coaching and feedback to team members
- Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve workflow and meet company KPIs
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant mortgage experience, including 5 or more years managing a fully remote team
- Experience managing mortgage loan processing and/or post-closing teams
- Proven track record of coaching teams to success
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulatory compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
