Mortgage Loan Closer

Job Summary

Finalizing the loan process, the full-time Mortgage Loan Closer will ensure documentation accuracy and compliance while collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, prepare, and verify loan closing documents to meet regulatory requirements
• Prepare accurate Initial Closing Disclosures and monitor borrower receipt
• Coordinate with title and escrow companies to deliver compliant closing packages

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in residential mortgage closing
• At least 2 years of experience with Encompass LOS software
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and different loan types
• Familiarity with hybrid eClose, eNotes, and RON closings
