Job Summary

Leading branch operations, the full-time Branch Manager will oversee compliance, enhance member service, and drive sales efforts while managing a team in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directs branch operations and ensures compliance with policies while delivering exceptional member service
• Leads the hiring, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Monitors branch performance, implements operational efficiencies, and contributes to business development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of related leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated effective management and leadership skills
• Ability to understand and apply credit union policies and regulatory requirements
• Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and members
• Knowledge of branch operations and financial services
