Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, ensuring accuracy in loan applications and documentation, while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, reconciling applications against system inputs
- Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval decisions
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters while delivering best-in-class customer service
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage loan experience
- Experience in mortgage loan processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds for remote work
