Managing the full processing lifecycle of complex residential loan files, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor III will ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant file management while collaborating closely with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate new loan files and disclosures within 48 hours
- Analyze income, assets, and documentation promptly to submit complete files to underwriting
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in Encompass and proactively communicate with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of mortgage processing experience
- Strong proficiency in Encompass software
- Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
- Ability to manage a pipeline with speed and accuracy
