Job Summary
Receiving and purchasing loans from third-party lenders, the full-time Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist will review loan compliance, communicate with various stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, and deliver loan packages for secondary market sales remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review loans for compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines
- Communicate with lenders and other parties to resolve outstanding documentation items
- Prepare and submit government loan files for insurance and guaranty
Required qualifications
