Mortgage Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising daily loan processing, servicing, and default management operations, the full-time Mortgage Operations Supervisor will manage workflow, ensure quality and service expectations, and provide training and support to staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities related to loan processing and servicing functions
• Provide supervision, guidance, and training to employees, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Interface with various departments and external partners to resolve operational issues and communicate new policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically four or more years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of loan processing and servicing support functions
• Basic knowledge of human resources policies and programs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
