Job Summary
Leading the strategic redesign of mortgage operations, the full-time salaried Mortgage Operations Transformation Executive will optimize workflows across the mortgage lifecycle, leveraging emerging technologies and automation to enhance efficiency and borrower experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the redesign of the end-to-end mortgage operating model, focusing on sales, processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing functions
- Identifies and addresses operational inefficiencies and technology gaps, developing scalable solutions to improve performance
- Partners with cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled workflows and digital mortgage capabilities, enhancing productivity and operational quality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in mortgage operations or related financial services roles
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle, including all operational functions
- Experience in leading operational transformation initiatives or process reengineering programs
- Proficiency in implementing automation technologies such as RPA and intelligent process automation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
