Mortgage Processing Coordinator
Job Summary
Managing the loan processing workflow, the remote Processing Coordinator will ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan applications while coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Act as the primary contact between loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the loan processing activities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field
- Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite
