Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Mortgage Processing Manager will oversee end-to-end mortgage loan processing, ensuring compliance and timely movement of loans while focusing on continuous improvement and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the processing team to meet service level standards and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate loan data records in Encompass360 and collaborate with internal and external partners to complete loan files
- Develop and execute plans for productivity improvement, managing staff workloads and costs effectively
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience processing various loan types, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA
- Familiarity with Encompass360 preferred
- Strong time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
