Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor, the full-time remote position will manage the processing of residential mortgage files from submission through underwriting to closing while collaborating with borrowers, referral sources, and internal team members.

Key responsibilities

• Process mortgage files efficiently from submission to closing in accordance with operational policies
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers to ensure timely completion of all functions
• Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the loan process, providing exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of current experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond, and USDA loans
• Proficient in using Encompass and familiar with DU, LP, and GUS systems
• Experience working with retail builder pipelines preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
