Job Summary
To drive strategic growth and client success in the mortgage industry, the full-time Mortgage Risk Strategy Director will expand market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and develop new business initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Practice Leader to identify and advance growth opportunities across the mortgage industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and enhance existing client engagement
- Leverage market intelligence to identify emerging client needs and drive strategic discussions around service offerings
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience within the mortgage industry, with expertise across multiple areas of the mortgage lifecycle
- Established executive-level network within the mortgage industry, including relationships with lenders, servicers, and technology providers
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic client relationships and creating business opportunities
- Strong understanding of Mortgage Quality Control, Compliance, and Risk management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
