Mortgage Servicing Supervisor
Job Summary
Providing supervisory support in a hybrid work environment, the full-time salaried Supervisor II will manage workflow, address escalated issues, and train new employees within the Claims/REO department.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and prioritize workflow while addressing escalated or complex cases to ensure effective problem resolution
- Coordinate employee training and mentoring to enhance understanding of regulatory compliance and product knowledge
- Evaluate employee productivity and assist in tracking attendance and payroll administration
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience in mortgage servicing
- Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and mortgage servicing platforms
- Ability to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
