Required qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial agency experience
- Proficiency in After Effects and other motion design tools
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly while managing multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and a digital-native mindset focused on solving design problems
- Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback effectively
