Motion Designer

Job Summary

Bringing interfaces and brands to life, the full-time remote Motion Designer will craft high-impact digital experiences through concept development, multi-format animation, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define motion systems and establish visual standards for campaigns and digital products
• Translate creative concepts into storyboards and visual explorations for effective communication with clients and teams
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality animations and edit video content while ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of motion design experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong portfolio
• Mastery in Adobe After Effects and expertise in 3D software and alternative animation tools
• Outstanding skills in 2D animation, interface motion, and video editing
• Strong visual judgment and ability to contribute to creative concepts and visual systems
• Active curiosity for exploring AI-assisted workflows and modern post-production techniques
