Motion Designer

Job Summary

Bringing brand identity to life through dynamic visuals, the full-time remote Motion Designer will create high-energy motion graphics for various content, develop motion identity systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand perception in the high school sports sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics elements such as lower thirds, title cards, and animated overlays for video content
• Maintain and expand brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of motion across all platforms
• Research design trends and emerging social formats to keep the brand relevant to target audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in motion graphics and social content creation, preferably in sports
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for compositing and post-production
• Expertise in developing After Effects templates and MOGRTs with intuitive controls
• Understanding of social media nuances across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
