Motion Designer

Job Summary

To support an international tech client, the remote Motion Designer will create social-first motion content, including short-form videos and animated graphics, while collaborating closely with the Social team and adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate engaging social-first content tailored for various platforms and formats
• Translate brand identity into motion while evolving the brand's motion language and building reusable templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take projects from concept to final delivery, incorporating feedback effectively

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of motion design experience focused on social-first or digital content
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography in motion, and social media trends
• Proven ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or AI-assisted video tools is a plus
