Moving Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services, the part-time Moving Operations Specialist will manage escalations, perform system audits for compliance, and provide allocation recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction in a virtual setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalations and ensure compliance of the agent network through system audits
• Act as the main liaison for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network throughout the relocation process
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience and document all interactions with agents

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)
• Domestic Household Goods background preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with outstanding communication abilities
