MQ Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote MQ Architect will design and implement technical solutions utilizing IBM MQ and AWS Cloud infrastructure in a 12+ month contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions using IBM MQ and IBM MFT
- Manage AWS Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including common services like S3, EC2, and CloudFormation
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of recent experience as an MQ Architect or Integration Engineer
- Deep knowledge of IBM MQ and IBM MFT
- Experience with AWS services and DevOps methodologies
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming languages like JSON and YAML
- Understanding of security design for enterprise software systems
