Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient radiology practice, the part-time MRI Technologist ARRT Certified will operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment, perform advanced imaging procedures, and ensure patient safety and care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general and advanced MRI procedures while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Obtain and document patient information, prioritize exams, and ensure accurate study documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for onsite technologists, assisting with technical aspects of MRI operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty (preferred)
- Valid MRI certification and registration
- Valid ARRT or ARMRIT certification
- Valid Hands On CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI or a related field
