MS Dynamics CRM Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time MS Dynamics CRM Analyst will define, analyze, and document business requirements while providing configuration and implementation support within the Dynamics CRM platform in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the creation and configuration of Dynamics CRM components, including data structures, forms, and workflows
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and produce detailed documentation of business processes and needs
- Manage data structures and perform maintenance functions to support business needs, including troubleshooting system issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent job-related experience
- 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering user requirements on a Dynamics 365 platform
- Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA preferred
- Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform security model
- Functional and/or Technical Certifications relevant to the specialization
