Job Summary
To support a growing IT infrastructure team, the hybrid MS SQL Database Administrator will manage SQL server architecture, oversee database backups and recovery models, and ensure high availability and performance optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor SQL server health and implement tuning and performance optimization best practices
- Handle SQL database backups, recovery models, and restore processes effectively
- Automate DBA tasks using TSQL or PowerShell and troubleshoot SQL AlwaysON configurations
Required qualifications
- Expertise in SQL replication and High Availability (HA) solutions
- Strong knowledge of SQL server architecture and administration
