Job Summary
Supporting students in their nursing education, the full-time remote MSN Licensed Nursing Faculty/Tutor will empower learners through individualized and group academic support, enhance clinical judgment and professionalism, and contribute to centralized academic services.
Key responsibilities:
- Empowering students to take responsibility for their learning and cultivating rapport to motivate their progress
- Providing academic and learning skill instruction while managing session time effectively to meet session objectives
- Developing internal and external resources to support student learning and upholding academic integrity
Required qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Nursing is required
- 1-year clinical experience as an RN required, with 2+ years preferred
- Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered
- Active CPR certification administered by an accredited organization
- Teaching experience preferred, with a minimum of three years in the field of study
