MTM Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time MTM Operations Supervisor will manage daily clinical operations, oversee telephonic Medication Therapy Management workflows, and drive performance improvements while ensuring patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure consistent execution of telephonic MTM workflows and program requirements
• Manage workflows and service delivery, including queue management and operational priorities, to support service levels
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and targeted performance improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in regulated healthcare operations, such as MTM or pharmacy operations
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare operations setting, including coaching and performance management
• Experience leading remote teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
