Multi-Property Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial integrity across multiple properties, the full-time salaried Multi-Property Accountant will manage month-end closings, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with hotel teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned properties
• Post daily sales journals and prepare monthly journal entries, ensuring compliance with financial standards
• Audit and reconcile financial transactions, including front desk operations and credit card accounts

Required qualifications

• College degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent preferred
• Three to five years of general accounting experience in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with hospitality accounting and business analytics software preferred
• Ability to understand and utilize spreadsheet applications and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
