Job Summary
To support independent ABA practice owners across multiple states, the full-time Multi-State ABA Operations Manager will manage operational and strategic partnerships, improve practice performance, and drive growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with ABA practice owners, understanding their business models and operational challenges
- Support the launch and expansion of ABA practices, navigating state-specific operational requirements
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health, with significant experience operating or supporting ABA practices
- Familiarity with state-specific ABA regulations, payer requirements, and reimbursement environments
- Strong understanding of financial drivers and operational realities of running an ABA practice
- Proven ability to identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on provider partnership
