Multi-State Clinical Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Multi-State Clinical Licensing Specialist will manage the cross-licensing of clinicians and MDs across multiple states, ensuring compliance with state regulations while maintaining accurate licensing records and achieving licensing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end state licensing, renewals, permits, and registrations for multi-state mental health providers
• Act as the primary liaison to state licensing boards, managing audits and regulatory changes
• Prequalify clinicians for licensure eligibility by evaluating their education, exams, and professional experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare; behavioral healthcare experience is a plus
• 2+ years of experience with clinician or MD licensing in multiple states
• Proficient knowledge of TJC Behavioral Health and HIPAA Standards
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
