Multi-State Licensed Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting leadership and the Director of Finance, a part-time remote Multi-State Licensed Accountant will manage accounts payable, maintain accounting records using NetSuite, and ensure compliance with multi-state accounting regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Entering and paying vendor bills while managing bank reconciliation and cash flow reporting
- Collaborating with HR/payroll to reconcile and enter payroll expenses into NetSuite
- Creating financial statements in accordance with GAAP accounting practices, including balance sheets and income statements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Familiarity with corporate GAAP accounting practices and multi-state accounting
- BA or BS in business, accounting, or a related field
- Mastery of MS Excel and strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred
