Job Summary
Reporting to the Behavioral Health Lead, the overnight Multi-State Licensed Behavioral Health Nurse will conduct initial patient risk assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized care plans for perinatal patients, working remotely from the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient risk assessments and triage based on urgency and severity of mental health conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about perinatal mental health conditions and treatment options
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an unrestricted multi-state compact license and residence in a nursing compact state
- 4+ years of experience in a hospital and/or healthcare practice serving maternal-child health populations
- Experience or advanced training in psychiatric nursing or perinatal mental health
- Experience working with pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
