Multi-State Licensed Bilingual RN

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Bilingual RN will provide clinical triage assessments, health education, and patient care remotely, ensuring high-quality interactions through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage routine patient care matters by making clinical decisions independently
• Provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online, assessing needs and directing to appropriate care
• Document all patient interactions accurately using management software and monitor performance metrics for improvement

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in high acuity settings
• Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in eligible states
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to work at least two weekend days every two weeks
