Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Multi-State Licensed Claims Adjuster to work remotely, responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving bodily injury claims while ensuring compliance and timely outcomes during a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury claims, reviewing medical records, police reports, and witness statements
- Evaluate liability and damages based on policy language and state regulations while negotiating fair settlements
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and medical providers to gather necessary documentation and information
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims
- Proficiency in auto claims handling and litigation experience
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage and bodily injury claim evaluation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance claims experience
- Active adjuster licenses in multiple states preferred
