Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to work remotely on a full-time basis, responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving bodily injury claims while ensuring compliance and timely outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury claims, including reviewing medical records and police reports
• Evaluate liability and damages based on policy language and state regulations
• Negotiate fair settlements and manage attorney-represented claims from investigation to resolution

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in attorney-represented bodily injury claims handling
• Experience in auto claims handling and litigation
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage and bodily injury claim evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance claims experience
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
