Multi-State Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time Remote Multi-State Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and management of health conditions during every other weekend and PRN shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently provide holistic, evidence-based patient care for individuals aged 18 months and above
- Document patient encounters using electronic health records (EHR) while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team
- Manage health conditions, provide health counseling, and develop disposition plans for patients
Required qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted nurse practitioner license in at least three states
- Master's Degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program and current National Board Certification
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience with the ability to practice autonomously
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- High-speed internet connection meeting specified download and upload requirements
